SOLUTION: In the device for getting heat from air, which is provided with a gas-liquid contact type heat getting means 1 for getting heat from air A to heat medium liquid B by bringing the heat medium liquid B lower in freezing point than water into direct contact with the air A, a heat getting means 2 for taking out the heat gotten with this heat getting means 1 from the heat medium liquid B, and circulation means 3a, 3b, and 4 for circulating the heat medium liquid B between these heat getting means 1 and heat taking-out means 2, water-insoluble or water-hardly-soluble liquid is used for the heat medium liquid B, and a dewatering means 16, which separates and removes the water W within the liquid by the difference of specific gravity from the circulating heat medium B, is provided.
