摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic ice heat storage method an apparatus where the rise of concentration following the advancement of freezing of an aqueous solution is suppressed effectively, to prevent result coefficient of a freezer and hence reduce predetermined power for reaction of ice crystal. SOLUTION: An aqueous solution 5 in a freezer 1, including a cooling heat exchanger 2 therein, is measured with a thermometer 14, and melted water is replenished into the freezer 1 with the aid of a pump 12, in response to the lowering of solution temperature following the advancement of freezing to keep freezing temperature by the heat exchanger 2 substantially unchanged.
