摘要：PURPOSE:To continuously obtain a concentrated and dried product and to prevent aerial discharge in a heating furnace by providing a mechanism for transferring the heated and dried product in a microwave oven having an inclined floor surface for holding a soln. CONSTITUTION:The floor 8 of the microwave oven 1 is inclined upward from a liq. supply port 7 toward a discharge port 5 to hold the soln. 15. The transfer mechanism 9 is provided on the floor, a microwave oscillator 2 is furnished on the upper surface of the oven 1 through a waveguide 3, and an exhaust pipe 4 is furnished. The amt. (v) of the soln. 15 supplied in the oven 1 and the output P of the microwave oscillator 2 are limited to conform to v.C /P>=0.6(l/kw) where C is the conversion factor to water, and the space volume V in the oven 1 and the output P are limited to conform to P/V<=0.03(kw/l). Under such conditions, the aerial discharge of the microwave is prevented, and the soln. 15 held on the inclined surface is sufficiently heated and dried.
