摘要：PURPOSE: Provided is a method of preparing a liquid composition containing phosphatidylserine which maintains a liquid phase even stored for a long period of time and is used as a food by preventing the viscosity of phosphatidylserine from being increased and preventing the phosphatidylserine from being hardened when dissolved in fat containing unsaturated fatty acid. Therefore, the liquid composition is used for health foods and medicines in the form of a soft gelatin capsule. CONSTITUTION: A liquid composition contains phosphatidylserine and fat that is derived from a plant, an animal or a microorganism and contains 20 to 95% by weight of medium-chain fat. The medium chain fat comprises C6-10 fatty acid. The phosphatidylserine is in the form of powders, granules or pastes, or present as a constituent. The liquid composition is prepared by blending plant, animal or microorganism-derived fat with medium-chain fat; adding phosphatidylserine to the mixture; and adding one or more solvents selected from the group consisting of hexane, ethanol and acetone and then blending the mixture at 40 to 60deg.C.
