摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish an evaluation method and sensitivity evaluation parameters for cracking of pressure vessels absorbed hydrogen in petroleum refining equipment, and provide a diagnostic method enabling to determine whether a vessel is damaged due to cracks caused by hydrogen and analyze a minimum temperature for applying a pressure. SOLUTION: A stress intensity factor KI of clacks is calculated using information including positions, orientations, and shapes of the clacks appeared on a material to be determined and information about the structure of the material to be determined as parameters, and hydrogen embrittlement cracking determination is conducted based on the stress intensity factor KI. The development condition of the cracks and a possibility of brittle fracture can be determined by comparing the stress intensity factor KI with a minimum stress intensity factor of clack development KIH and a critical stress intensity factor of brittle fracture KIC-H. As a result, determination whether embrittlement cracking caused by a high-temperature high-pressure hydrogen gas filled in a pressure vessel of petroleum refining equipment is allowed or not can be performed effectively wit high precision.
