摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound transmitting/receiving apparatus for dispensing with service charge for a center and reconnection to exchange information, and to provide a navigation apparatus and a sound transmitting/receiving apparatus. SOLUTION: The navigation apparatus 1 for transmitting/receiving a sound signal via communication includes a GPS receiver 30 for acquiring the present position of a vehicle; a DSP 25 for converting positional information received by the GPS receiver 30 into a tone signal, and inserting the converted tone signal into the sound signal; and a modem 26 for transmitting the sound signal with the positional information inserted thereto. The reception side navigation apparatus 1 includes: the modem 26 for receiving the sound signal comprising the tone signal from an outer pat; the DSP 25 for separating the tone signal from the sound signal received by the model 26, and converting the separated tone signal into the positional information; and a picture plotting part 29 for displaying the positional information on the screen of a display device 3.
