摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the excellent operability of a puncturing needle, which is put through an insertion member so as to be inserted to the inner part of a body, and to extremely safely perform a treatment by the operation of the puncturing needle. <P>SOLUTION: A puncturing device 1 is composed of an operation unit 10 and a cord 11 having a puncturing member 14. In the operation unit 10, a sheath holding member 21, to which the rear end part of a flexible sheath 15 is connected, is fitted to a holder member 20 which is fixed to a treatment tool introducing part 6. A guide cylinder 24 is connected to the sheath holding member 21 and a slide shaft 25, where a puncturing member 14 is internally connected, is put through. A pitch feeding means between the slide shaft 25 and the guide cylinder 24 is arranged in the slide shaft 25 on which the energizing force of a compression spring 34 works. Saw-tooth strings 30A, 30B are arranged, which are composed of saw teeth 31 having a vertical surface 31a and an inclination surface 31b. A stoppering 32 to be moved in a direction orthogonal to the axial line of the slide shaft 25 is fitted to the slide shaft 25.
