摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously puncture a target region with a plurality of different-diameter puncture needles.SOLUTION: A puncture guide implement includes a first partition group 9 and a second partition group 10 comprising a plurality of resin partitions 7 and 8 supported by a pair of frame members 3 and 4 orthogonal to each other of a resin rectangular frame 2, and extended toward frame members 5 and 6. Partition faces are arranged in parallel at even intervals in a state that the partition faces are orthogonal to a frame face of the rectangular frame, the respective partition groups are provided such that the respective partition groups are shifted to the frame face of the rectangular frame, and a plurality of rectangular holes through which puncture needles are inserted are formed in a lattice state. Further, the plurality of partitions each have a base part supported slidably in the longitude directions of the pair of frame members 3 and 4, and the pair of frame members 3 and 4 include a partition adjustment mechanism for sliding the respective base parts in an interlocking manner with each other, and adjusting size of the rectangular holes as keeping the intervals of the plurality of partitions even.
