摘要:本发明公布一种灌木顶面双叶玫瑰形槽图案修剪器,属于园林绿化修剪技术领域。包括双叶玫瑰轨迹生成机构和跟踪球面运动机构,以及控制双叶玫瑰轨迹生成机构和跟踪球面运动机构;双叶玫瑰轨迹生成机构用于控制切槽电机支撑轴产生双叶玫瑰形运动轨迹;跟踪球面运动机构用于将切槽电机支撑轴上的立套产生高度变化,最终使得立套上的刀具形成一个球形的双叶玫瑰形空间运动轨迹,本发明使灌木接受阳光的表面积相对增大,灌木反射噪音的曲面增大且反射方向变化,进一步降低车辆噪音,使高处的司机感觉更加具有动感,使行人感觉更加具有空间异质感。

主权项:一种灌木顶面双叶玫瑰形槽图案修剪器,其特征在于:包括双叶玫瑰轨迹生成机构和连接在双叶玫瑰轨迹生成机构下的跟踪球面运动机构;所述双叶玫瑰轨迹生成机构包括机架;在所述机架上可转动安装有两个平行的左曲柄轴(1‑2)和右曲柄轴(5),以及一个用于带动左曲柄轴(1‑2)转动的轨迹生成电机(20);所述左曲柄轴(1–2)上安装有左曲柄(2),所述右曲柄轴(5)上安装有右曲柄(7);在所述左曲柄(2)和右曲柄(7)之间铰接有一根连杆(4);在所述连杆(4)的中部安装有切槽电机支撑轴(6);所述跟踪球面运动机构;包括可转动安装在机架下的圆弧导向组件(35);所述圆弧导向组件(35)上有一段圆弧形轨道,在圆弧形轨道底部开有一条通槽,所述切槽电机支撑轴(6)穿过圆弧形轨道的通槽;所述切槽电机支撑轴(6)上滑动套装有电机接套组件(15);在所述圆弧形轨道上安装有沿圆弧形轨道滑动的导向支座组件(16),导向支座组件(16)与电机接套组件(15)铰接连接;所述电机接套组件(15)下端安装有切凹槽电机(11)和切枝叶刀(9)。
