摘要:本发明公开了一种换流阀组件及使用该换流阀组件的阀塔,换流阀组件中两个以上的子模块依次排布在框架上而形成阀段,各子模块分别通过对应的导向机构沿阀段的列向导向装配在框架上,各导向机构的抽拉开口在框架上处于前后方向的同侧,各子模块一端为与抽拉开口对应的插头端,散热装置远离插头端而设置于子模块的尾端,分支水管靠近抽拉开口而与子模块的散热装置对应设置,在进行阀塔的检修和安装时,各子模块的插头端可通过抽拉开口从导向机构的同侧导向装配在框架上,这样位于子模块尾端的散热装置将处于整个阀段的同侧,从而使得操作人员可在阀段的抽拉开口所处侧完成子模块在框架上的安装,使得换流阀组件能够方便快捷的安装和维修。

主权项:换流阀组件,包括框架和两个以上的子模块,框架上装配有用于接通总水管的分支水管,子模块具有散热装置,其特征在于,所述子模块沿框架左右方向依次排布成阀段,各子模块分别通过对应的导向机构前后导向装配在框架上,各导向机构均具有供对应子模块进出的抽拉开口,各导向机构的抽拉开口在框架上处于前后方向的同侧,各子模块一端为与抽拉开口对应的插头端,散热装置远离插头端而设置于子模块的尾端,所述分支水管靠近抽拉开口而与子模块的散热装置对应设置,分支水管处于各子模块的散热装置下方并左右延伸,各子模块中散热装置并行接通在分支水管上;框架上于抽拉开口的供子模块抽出的一侧设有用于安装维修平台的检修平台安装位,检修平台安装位和阀段前后并排间隔设置;各子模块中主母排通过尾端设置的导电排串接,阀段的左右两端设有用于接入主回路的引出接电端。
