摘要：본 발명은 CobII1(Cordon-bleu protein-like 1)을 이용한 만성골수성백혈병에 관한 정보 제공 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 자세하게는 만성골수성백혈병에서 급성기로의 전환 진단, 만성골수성백혈병에서 급성기로 전환된 이후의 예후 예측, 타이로신 카이네이즈 억제제를 포함한 만성골수성백혈병의 각종 치료제에 대한 저항성 등과 같은 다양한 정보를 동시에 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 기존의 BCR-ABL1 유전자 측정에 의하여 예측 및 진단되지 못했던 환자들을 진단하는데 사용될 수 있기 때문에 만성골수성백혈병의 진행, 재발, 약물내성 등 다양한 예후 예측 및 진단에 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 본 발명의 CobII1 mRNA에 특이적으로 결합하는 올리고뉴클레오티드를 이용하면 CobII1 단백질의 발현을 억제하여 효과적으로 세포 증식 및 약물에 대한 저항성을 억제하여, 만성골수성백혈병의 치료 및 만성골수성백혈병의 급성기로의 전환을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
