摘要：本发明涉及一种接插件级进模，包括冲切模部分、弯曲模部分、折波带整形部分以及用于连接冲切模部分和弯曲模部分的杠杆传动部分；所述冲切模部分用于对料板进行冲切成型；所述弯曲模部分设置在冲切模部分的后端用于对冲切成型好的料板进行弯曲成型；所述折波带整形部分设置在弯曲模部分的后端用于对弯曲成型好的料板进行压边整形；所述冲切模部分完成冲切上模架上抬时，受杠杆传送部分的作用，弯曲模部分合模；所述冲切模部分上模架下压合模时，折波带整形部分同时下压整形，弯曲模部分受自身的复位装置作用开模；克服了现有技术中一些产品的生产冲切和弯曲成型不能在一台设备上进行，生产效率低的问题。
