摘要:本发明提供的高效能低功耗磁流变半主动与主动一体化减振装置,包括外缸筒、活塞杆、中部端盖、内缸筒,所述活塞杆与内缸筒连接,所述中部端盖将外缸筒的腔体分为上腔室和下腔室,所述上腔室为直线电机部分,所述下腔室为磁流变减振部分,所述内缸筒将下腔室分为压缩腔和复原腔;本发明提供的高效能低功耗磁流变半主动与主动一体化减振装置处于半主动控制状态时,由活塞杆带动永磁体在磁场线圈的内腔内往复运动,将机械能转化为电能并存储于内部储能模块,控制器控制内部储能模块对励磁线圈供电,改变阻尼力大小;当半主动减振状态不能满足阻尼要求时,控制开启外部供电模块对磁场线圈供电,进行主动控制,使磁流变减振系统具有相当好的自适应性。

主权项:一种高效能低功耗磁流变半主动与主动一体化减振装置,其特征在于:包括外缸筒、活塞杆、中部端盖、内缸筒,所述活塞杆与内缸筒连接,所述中部端盖将外缸筒的腔体分为上腔室和下腔室,所述内缸筒将下腔室分为压缩腔和复原腔,所述活塞杆上端穿过所述复原腔、上腔室和外缸筒的上端盖并伸出所述外缸筒,所述内缸筒的轴线方向设有通孔式流动通道,所述内缸筒设有铁芯和励磁线圈,所述铁芯为多个,并绕内缸筒的内圆周均匀排列围绕形成所述通孔式流动通道,所述外缸筒内填充有磁流变液;所述活塞杆上设有永磁体,所述上腔室内部圆周设有磁场线圈,用于当活塞杆往复运动时带动所述永磁体与所述磁场线圈相对运动并产生电能;还包括供电模块和控制器,所述控制器与供电模块连接,所述供电模块包括外部供电模块和用于将永磁体与磁场线圈相对运动产生的电能进行存储的内部储能模块,所述外部供电模块的电力输出端与磁场线圈连接,所述内部储能模块的电力输出端与励磁线圈连接。
