摘要:本发明公开了治疗痛风的中药制剂及其生产方法,由以下重量份数的中药原料制成:虎杖130-180份,广金钱草120-170份,蒲公英90-140份,白茅根110‑150份,防己60-120份,葛根90-130份,石韦60-110份,薏苡仁70-120份,车前草80-130份,泽泻60-110份,土牛膝60-110份,白芍60-110份。本发明的抗痛风作用复方组合物配方科学,并来自应用于临床多年的经验方,具有清热解毒、散瘀止痛、活血通络等功效,用于治疗各类痛风湿病,临床疗效稳定,剂量恰当,使用方便。

主权项:治疗痛风的中药制剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的中药原料制成:虎杖               130-180份;广金钱草           120-170份;蒲公英             90-140份;白茅根             110‑150份;防己               60-120份;葛根               90-130份;石韦               60-110份;薏苡仁             70-120份;车前草             80-130份;泽泻               60-110份;土牛膝             60-110份;白芍               60-110份;所述的中药制剂是颗粒剂、胶囊或口服液;其生产方法包括如下步骤:将虎杖、广金钱草、蒲公英、白茅根、防己、葛根、石韦、薏苡仁、车前草、泽泻、土牛膝和白芍十二味药物原料,加10倍水加热回流煎煮两次,每次1小时,滤过,滤液合并,在温度60-70℃,压力‑0.07—‑0.08MPa时减压浓缩至55℃时测量得到相对密度为1.15-1.20的清膏,加体积浓度95%的乙醇使含醇量为60%,室温静置12小时,滤过,60-70℃,压力‑0.07—‑0.08MPa时减压浓缩至55℃时测量得到相对密度为1.32-1.35的稠膏,加入适量药用辅料,制成颗粒剂或胶囊;或:将虎杖、广金钱草、蒲公英、白茅根、防己、葛根、石韦、薏苡仁、车前草、泽泻、土牛膝和白芍十二味药物原料,加10倍水加热回流煎煮两至三次,每次1小时,滤过,滤液合并,取蔗糖适量制成糖浆,与上述滤液合并,加入防腐剂适量,静置,滤过,灌装,即得口服液。
