摘要:本实用新型公开了一种循环水冷的铜制散热器,包括底座和水箱,所述底座顶部设有水箱,所述水箱内设有抽水泵,所述抽水泵右侧连接有进水管,所述抽水泵左侧连接有出水管,所述出水管一端连接有S型散热管,所述S型散热管一端连接有回流管,所述支架上对称设有第一固定套筒和第二固定套筒,所述第一固定套筒和第二固定套筒固定连接到S型散热管,所述底座顶部左侧设有控制器,所述控制器包括抽水泵控制开关和风扇控制开关,所述控制器右侧设有蓄电池组,所述控制器电性连接于蓄电池组,所述抽水泵控制开关电性连接于抽水泵,所述风扇控制开关电性连接于风扇。本实用新型结构简单,散热效果好,设计合理,适合推广使用。

主权项:一种循环水冷的铜制散热器,包括底座(1)和水箱(2),其特征在于:所述底座(1)顶部设有水箱(2),所述水箱(2)内设有抽水泵(4),所述抽水泵(4)右侧连接有进水管(5),所述抽水泵(4)左侧连接有出水管(3),所述出水管(3)一端连接有S型散热管(9),所述S型散热管(9)一端连接有回流管(12),所述水箱(2)内还设有空腔(14),所述空腔(14)一端设有过滤网(11),所述空腔(14)内安装有风扇(13),所述底座(1)顶部固定连接有支架(7),所述支架(7)上对称设有第一固定套筒(8)和第二固定套筒(10),所述第一固定套筒(8)和第二固定套筒(10)固定连接到S型散热管(9),所述底座(1)顶部左侧设有控制器(16),所述控制器(16)包括抽水泵控制开关(161)和风扇控制开关(162),所述控制器(16)右侧设有蓄电池组(6),所述控制器(16)电性连接于蓄电池组(6),所述抽水泵控制开关(161)电性连接于抽水泵(4),所述风扇控制开关(162)电性连接于风扇(13)。
