摘要：A method of treating a hemolytic disorder in a subject in need thereof includes administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an antibody that binds to a component of alternative pathway C3 convertase and selectively inhibits C3a, C5a, C3b, C5b, and C5b-9 produced exclusively by the alternative pathway, without inhibiting any of the classical pathway's ability to produce C3a, C5a, C3b, C5b, and C5b-9.
