摘要:本发明涉及一种改进型铜基甲醇合成催化剂及其制备方法,属于催化剂技术领域。该催化剂是采用共沉淀法制备三组份催化剂体系,主要组分包括铜、锌、铝。制备过程如下:将含Cu、Zn的混合溶液,加入到含钠的碱性溶液中沉淀,并在沉淀剂中、母液变色时或母液洗涤过程结束加入杂质置换助剂含钾的碱性溶液,制得低杂质含量的高活性母体。加入氧化铝载体,经洗涤、过滤、烘干、焙烧、成型等工序制成铜系甲醇合成催化剂样品。该催化剂适用于含有CO、CO<sub>2</sub>和H<sub>2</sub>合成气制甲醇,尤其适用于低温低压合成甲醇装置。

主权项:一种改进型铜基甲醇合成催化剂的制备方法,其特征在于催化剂二元母体制备按以下步骤进行:①溶解Cu(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub>与Zn(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub>制成溶液A,加热至70‑90℃待用;②溶解210g NaHCO<sub>3</sub>与3g 杂质置换助剂KOH制成溶液B,加热至70‑86℃待用;③搅拌下将溶液A加入溶液B,中和过程控制温度在65‑85℃,控制终点pH值6.5~8.0;④母浆经自然沉降数遍,至洗涤水滴入硫酸二苯胺10滴不蓝。
