摘要:本发明公开了一种点火烧嘴,包括:壳体,壳体上具有冷却空气进口和燃气进口;喷头,喷头连接在壳体的一端;陶瓷套管,陶瓷套管设在壳体内,陶瓷套管和壳体之间限定出环形的燃气通道,燃气通道分别与燃气进口和喷头相通;电极,电极穿过陶瓷套管且一端伸入喷头内,电极和陶瓷套管之间限定出环形的冷却空气通道,冷却空气通道分别与冷却空气进口和喷头相通;风盘,风盘设在陶瓷套管和电极之间且邻近喷头设置,风盘上形成有多个出风孔。根据本发明的点火烧嘴,通过设置具有多个出风孔的风盘,从冷却空气进口通入的冷却空气可从风盘上的多个出风孔进入喷头内,从而对喷头内的电极端部进行冷却,延长了电极的使用寿命,降低了更换电极的成本。
