摘要：一种双金属复合弯头热推制技术，用于石油、化工、电力、核电等耐腐蚀工业管道连接用复合弯头的制造。其特征在于原料采用冶金爆炸复合板卷制成的复合管或无缝冶金复合管，采用电磁感应加热方式，利用电磁感应加热推制机和弯头芯棒推制成型双金属复合弯头。本发明优点是：推制成型的复合弯头复合界面是冶金熔合，复合牢固，结合强度高，不会出现脱层，壁厚均匀，施工时焊接难度小，应用领域广，工艺操作简单，生产效率高。
