摘要:本发明属于中药技术领域,具体涉及一种绿及咳喘片在制备抑制小肠癌细胞HIC细胞增殖药物中的应用及绿及咳喘片的制备方法。所述绿及咳喘片由小绿芨200g、鸡矢藤200g、功劳木100g、通关藤100g、白及100g、虎杖100g、透骨草100g、黄精100g 作为原料药制成,采用超临界萃取制备而成,使得大黄素含量有很大提高。

主权项:绿及咳喘片在制备抑制小肠癌细胞HIC细胞增殖药物中的应用,所述绿及咳喘片由小绿芨200g、鸡矢藤200g、功劳木100g、通关藤100g、白及100g、虎杖100g、透骨草100g、黄精100g 作为原料药制成,其特征在于,所述绿及咳喘片的制备方法包括如下步骤:取小绿芨200g、鸡矢藤200g、功劳木100g、通关藤100g、白及100g、虎杖100g、透骨草100g、黄精100g,加入到CO<sub>2</sub>超临界萃取器中,乙醇作为夹带剂,夹带剂占总萃取溶剂的体积百分比为4‑6%,萃取压力15‑30MPa,温度30‑50℃,CO<sub>2</sub>流量l‑3ml/g生药·min,萃取时间700‑800min,得超临界萃取物,将超临界萃取物加入淀粉,70%乙醇制颗粒,干燥,压片,制成200片,每片重0.50g。
