摘要：The invention relates to a medicament device (1) with a carpule (3) which contains a medicament and has a longitudinal axis (5) and which comprises at least one stopper (9) in its interior that is movable in the direction of the longitudinal axis (5), a housing (11) which has a central axis (13) and receives the carpule (3), wherein the central axis (13) of the housing (11) is arranged concentrically with respect to the longitudinal axis (5) of the carpule (3), a ram (21) which is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner in the housing (11), is movable in the direction of the central axis (13) thereof, has a thread and acts on the at least one stopper (9), and with a drive (15) which interacts with the ram (21) and which comprises a drive element (19) that can be moved in rotation by the drive (15) and that has a thread, wherein the thread of the drive element (19) interacts with the thread of the ram (21) in such a way that, during a rotation of the drive element (19), the ram (21) is movable in the direction of the central axis (13) of the housing (11). It is characterized in that the thread of the drive element (19) has a pitch that changes along the longitudinal extent thereof.
