摘要:本发明提出了一种箱型柱腹板切割下料的方法,主要是巧妙运用普通的钢构加工设备来制作,箱型柱的腹板一般要求开坡口,坡口形式为45°单边坡口,本方法是使用数控下料机一次开料打坡口成型,不需另行打坡口。该技术主要是在要灵活使用数控切割机的割枪,要调整好其切割角度,一条斜割缝形成腹板的坡口,腹板和盖板成型后进行组装和焊接。本发明对现有技术箱型柱腹板在切割下料时会省去两边开坡口的工序,既节约了时间和成本,也可避免其在开坡口时会产生的热切割变形。

主权项:一种箱型柱腹板切割下料的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤1,腹板材料的预处理:按照加工图纸要求选用腹板钢板,将该钢板放置在下料平台上后进行打磨除锈,然后计算腹板尺寸进行划线;步骤2,角度调整:根据腹板的尺寸线及开坡口的方向,进行割枪的定位及角度的调整,将不用的割枪调整到一边,避免与有用割枪发生碰撞;步骤3,试切割:检查下料设备是否运行正常,气体压力和割咀火焰是否正常,一切就绪后准备试切割,再次检查钢板切割后的尺寸及坡口角度是否符合要求;步骤4,开始切割下料:开气点火,进行预热,开始切割下料;步骤5,下料完成:腹板材料切割完成,直接使用开始组装。
