摘要:一种缓冲件与该缓冲件的贴装方法,该缓冲件包括粘合体与缓冲体,粘合体包括设置于粘合体位置的粘合体开口、邻近且围绕该粘合体开口的粘合区,缓冲体包括设置于缓冲体位置的缓冲体开口、邻近且围绕该缓冲体开口的缓冲区及位于该粘合区外侧且围绕该缓冲区的强度增强区,该缓冲体进一步包括切线,该切线设置于该缓冲区与该强度增强区之间并划分该缓冲区与该强度增强区,该粘合体开口与该缓冲体开口大小相同,该粘合区对应该缓冲区。由于缓冲件具有强度增强区,可增强了该缓冲件在完成与该预粘合物体在粘合前的支撑强度,使该缓冲件在粘合过程中的强度比较大而不容易变形。
