摘要：The present invention relates to a heat shrinkable polyester film and, more particularly, a heat shrinkable polyester film which has excellent basic characteristics as a heat shrinkable polyester film such as heat resistance, printing characteristics, uniform contraction, elongation processability, etc., and can embody blocking-resistance, anti-static property, and slip property through antistatic coating treatment. In the present invention, one side or both sides of a polyester substrate film is coated with an antistatic composition comprising a copolyester resin and a conductive polymer resin modified to have an average diameter less than or equal to 60 nm. Therefore, the heat shrinkable polyester film has excellent antistatic property while alleviating shortcomings of a conventional anionic antistatic coating layer of being vulnerable to moisture and a problem of whitening after a matte finish coating.
