摘要:本发明公开了用于饲料中添加的保加利亚乳杆菌的快速定性、定量检测试剂盒及检测方法和应用,通过对已经报道的保加利亚乳杆菌基因组序列的比对分析,本发明提供了用于保加利亚乳杆菌定性定量检测的引物5’-TCGAAATGCTGAATCTGCCTAA-3’、5’-TCGTCATCGTCTCTTCTGTAAACC-3’,同时本发明提供了一种饲料样品的预处理方法,使得饲料中的益生菌可以充分释放,准确真实的反应出饲料中的益生菌数目。本发明可以在不进行益生菌纯培养的基础上,简便、快速、准确地定性、定量检测猪饲料中保加利亚乳杆菌,检测程序简单、检测效率高、准确性好,灵敏度高,重复性好。
