摘要：Non-cellular elastic polyurethane sheet is prepared by reacting a predominantly linear reaction product of a polyhydroxyl compound of M.W. 400-10,000 an organic polyisocyanate and, optionally, a chain extender, in solution with an inorganic or organic acid with a Pk value of up to 6 at 20 DEG C. and removing the solvent while shaping, the predominantly linear reaction product being substantially free of -NCO groups and at least one of the components which make up this reaction product containing at least one basic tertiary N atom. The solvent may be a polar hydrophilic solvent and may be subsequently replaced by water. In Example (1) polypropylene glycol and diethanolamine were added to a mixture of polypropylene glycol and diphenylmethane 4,41-diisocyanate. To a 33% solution in acetone of material thus produced was added normal HCl and water and the acetone distilled off. The aqueous solution was poured on to a glass sheet and a clear elastic film obtained. In other examples, the following acids were used: (2) H2SO4, (3) HNO3, (4) oxalic acid, (5) fluorosilic acid, (6) fluorboric acid, (7) diglycollic acid, (8) nitromalonic acid, (9) boric acid, (10) HCl, (11) chloracetic acid, (12) and (14) glacial acetic acid, (13) propionic acid, (15) acrylic acid, (16) succinic acid, (17) pyridine-4-carboxylic acid, (18) and (19), CH3 CO2H, (20) phosphoric acid, (21) oxalic acid, (22) boric acid, (23) HCl, (24) lactic acid.
