摘要：Provided in the embodiments of the present invention are a data signal transmission method and a user device, the method comprising: a first user device acquires a scheduling assignment signal sent by a second user device and at least one third user device; the second user device is a user device performing D2D communication with the first user device; the first user device, on the basis of the time adjustment amount contained in the acquired scheduling assignment signal, determines a first time adjustment amount, said first time adjustment amount being no less than the time adjustment amount contained in the scheduling assignment signal sent by the second user device; and the first user device, on the basis of the first time adjustment amount and sub-frame information contained in the scheduling assignment signal sent by the second user device, receives a data signal sent by the second user device. The embodiments of the present invention can reduce or avoid interference between a plurality of user devices when sending a data signal over the same sub-frame, improving data signal transmission efficiency and receiving accuracy.
