摘要:<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening/closing device which hardly malfunctions or does not operate in locking or unlocking operation while a door handle has superior metal luster in its appearance. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the door opening/closing device including a door handle for door opening and closing which is provided to a door of a vehicle; an electrode arranged in the door handle; a detection circuit which detects change in capacitance generated nearby the electrode as a human body part approaches or contacts the door handle, and outputs a locking or unlocking operation signal; a device which locks or unlocks the door with the operation signal, and a transmitting/receiving antenna for transmission to and reception from a mobile machine corresponding to the vehicle. The door opening/closing device is characterized in that the door handle has a base 19 made of an insulator, an inorganic thin-film layer 21 made of at least one of SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>is deposited on a vehicle outer side face of the base 19, and a metal thin-film layer 22 made of an aggregate of mutually separated island-shaped metal particles is deposited on a surface of the inorganic thin-film layer 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
