摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold rolled steel sheet which improves the performance of a separate plate including heat spot resistance to achieve improvement in efficiency of a multiplate wet clutch for attaining high efficiency and reducing friction loss of a speed change gear, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A cold rolled steel sheet contains, by mass%, 0.03 to 0.12% C, 0 to 1.0% Si, 0.2 to 0.8% Mn, 0.03% or less P, 0.03% or less S, 0.04 to 0.3% Ti, and 0.05% or less Al, while satisfying formula (1), with the balance consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein formula (1): 5×C%-Si%+Mn%-1.5×Al<1. The average particle size of a Ti-based carbide in the surface layer part of the steel sheet is 20 nm to 100 nm. The average particle size of the Ti-based carbide at the center of the thickness of the steel sheet is 20 nm to 100 nm. The steel sheet suppresses an increase in plate temperature by frictional heat, austenitizing of a metal structure, martensite transformation by self-cooling of a plate, and deformation of the plate by transformation stress.
