摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a tape feed error, in a tape feeder measurement device for measuring the error in tape intermittent feed by a tape feeder.SOLUTION: A tape feeder measurement device includes: a camera 70 for image-capturing teeth of a sprocket 11 or perforation of a tape 30 at each stopping time while the sprocket 11 is intermittently driven by a motor 12, to generate an image signal representing each captured image at each stopping time; an edge detector unit for detecting top faces of two teeth of the sprocket 11 or edges of two perforations in the tape 30 on the basis of the image signals; and an error calculation unit for calculating a feed error of the tape 30 at each stopping time over one round of the sprocket 11, on the basis of the edge positions in each captured image at each stopping time.
