摘要:本实用新型公开了一种节约型极群烧焊模具,包括端极柱式汇流排模具和偏极柱式汇流排模具,所述端极柱式汇流排模具上设有A汇流排模腔,A汇流排模腔前侧中心位置设有端极柱模腔,A汇流排模腔上设有A齿板,A齿板厚度截面呈两端向中心端极柱模腔位置方向逐渐递减;所述偏极柱式汇流排模具上设有B汇流排模腔,B汇流排模腔前侧一端位置设有偏极柱模腔,B汇流排模腔上设有B齿板,B齿板厚度截面呈向偏极柱模腔位置方向逐渐递减。本实用新型结构简单,操作方便,用于生产节约型蓄电池汇流排,使极柱端位置汇流排截面厚,而远离极柱端位置汇流排截面递减,在保证电池质量的同时,节约电池生产成本。
