摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical heat storage device capable of detecting abnormality of a moving system of a reaction medium.SOLUTION: A chemical heat storage device 10 for heating an object to be heated 4 includes a heater 11 having a heat storage material 11a generating heat through chemical reaction with a reaction medium, a reservoir 12 for storing the reaction medium, a connecting pipe 13 for connecting the heater 11 and the reservoir 12, an opening and closing valve 14 provided in the connecting pipe 13, a control section 15 for controlling opening/closing of the opening and closing valve 14, a heater internal pressure detection section 17 for detecting a pressure in the heater 11, and a reservoir internal pressure detection section 18 for detecting a pressure in the reservoir 12. The control section 15 determines whether or not there is a difference between the pressure in the heater 11 and the pressure in the reservoir 12 after opening control of the opening and closing valve 14 is executed in order to move the reaction medium between the heater 11 and the reservoir 12, and determines the presence or absence of abnormality based on the result of the determination.
