摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel construction device and a panel guide capable of securing high workability and sufficient safety, and capable of reducing construction cost.SOLUTION: A frame 140 is mounted via an X shaft 128 and a Z shaft 131 on the tip of a crane 120 provided on a base 110 fixed to a fork of a forklift, and a plurality of negative pressure type adsorption pads 150 for adsorbing-holding a panel 10 are mounted on a front face of the frame 140. A panel 10 is stood by rotating the frame 140, and the forklift is made to travel, and the panel 10 is carried to a construction place, and the panel 10 is inserted and installed from above between two columns attached with a panel guide in an upper end part. When carrying and installing the panel 10, a holding claw 165 of a panel upper end part holding mechanism 160 provided in the frame 140 and a piston 175 of a panel lower end part holding mechanism 170 are respectively positioned in a holding position, to thereby prevent falling and dropping of the panel 10.
