摘要:祛风散寒核桃油,由以下重量份原料制成:华东野核桃250-260、亚麻籽30-40、藤椒70-80、椰子壳50-60、杏仁110-140、制半夏110-140、薏苡仁60-90、飞滑石60-90、白通草20-30、白蔻仁20-30、竹叶20-30、厚朴20-30等;在制备过程中添加藤椒具有祛风散寒作用,杏仁苦温宣畅上焦肺气,使气化则湿亦化,此即开上;白蔻仁芳香化湿,行气宽中,宣畅脾胃,此即畅中;薏苡仁利湿清热而健脾,疏导下焦,使湿热从小便而去,此即渗下;滑石、通草、竹叶甘寒淡渗,利湿清热,疏导下焦,使湿有出路;半夏燥湿和胃,止呕除痞,厚朴行气化湿,二药又可使寒凉之品清热而不碍湿能清热祛湿,适合于风湿骨痛,浅表性胃炎、胃窦炎、急慢性结肠炎、肠伤寒、黄疸性肝炎、关节炎、肾盂肾炎等有湿热证候者食用。
