摘要：This invention relates to a method for producing luminescent materials based on silicate glasses and glass composites doped with rare earth ions, particularly Ce, Pr and Eu ions, for use in converters which convert excitation energy into optical radiation in the visible or UV range. The technical result of this invention is the stabilization of trivalent cerium (Ce3+) and praseodymium (Pr3+) ions and divalent europium (Eu2+) in silicate glasses and glass composites by means of the introduction of silicon carbide, thus providing an increase in light output.
