摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute chip transfer method and a transfer apparatus that reduce wasteful movements, that enable short-time operations, and that have high reliability and accuracy in the transfer and loading. <P>SOLUTION: A minute chip 4 on a chip-feeding part (slave hand 16) is transferred onto a mother board 7 by a chip transfer part (master hand 15). The master hand 15 transfers the minute chip 4, while successively moving in the width direction and the longitudinal direction of the mother board 7.
