摘要:本发明公开了一种高浓度氮氧化物废气吸收处理的预氧化方法,该方法是:首先将高浓度氮氧化物废气经除湿干燥,然后在除湿设备出口管路与气流流动垂直方向立即加入臭氧并混匀,并保证氧化时间为6-15秒,臭氧的加入量与氮氧化物的摩尔比为3∶1。本发明将黄金湿法冶炼中高浓度氮氧化物经除湿并加入臭氧氧化预处理,通过优化氧化条件及选择高效强氧化剂,有效提升了NO氧化率,从而极大的提高了后续吸收处理效果。
