摘要:本发明公开了一种激光焊接机,包括:激光焊接装置和工件进料控制装置,激光焊接装置包括激光器底座,在激光器底座内设置了激光器电源,同时在激光器底座上设置了控制面板和显示器,在激光器底座上端设置了激光器夹具,激光器夹具上端与激光器连接,所述的激光器包括激光发生器,激光发生器前端连接了聚光腔,激光发生器后端为全反射镜,聚光腔前端为激光扩束镜,激光扩束镜通过反射透镜连接到焊接头,本发明一种激光焊接机聚焦激光功率高,焊接速度快,受热影响区和变形都很小。

主权项:一种激光焊接机,其特征在于,包括:激光焊接装置和工件进料控制装置,激光焊接装置包括长方体或者正方体的激光器底座,激光器底座的下端设置了激光器底座脚,在激光器底座内设置了激光器电源,同时在激光器底座上设置了控制面板和显示器,控制面板连接到计算机主机,在所述的激光器底座上端设置了激光器夹具,激光器夹具下端通过夹具升降机构与底座连接,激光器夹具上端与激光器连接,所述的激光器包括激光发生器,激光发生器前端连接了聚光腔,激光发生器后端为全反射镜,聚光腔前端为激光扩束镜,激光扩束镜通过反射透镜连接到焊接头,激光发生器内包括激光泵浦源,激光泵浦源采用氪灯,氙灯,或者半导体激光器,在激光发生器外还包覆了激光冷却系统,激光冷却系统采用水冷方式,所述的工件进料控制装置包括焊接工作台,在所述的焊接工作台下端设置了焊接工作台底脚,在焊接工作台上端设置了工件传输轴,工件置于工件传输轴上。
