摘要：<p>The present invention relates to a butterfly valve to prevent backflow and, more specifically, comprises: a main body which a penetration hole penetrates; an opening and closing unit rotating in the main body, opening and closing the penetration hole; and a check valve unit to open/close the penetration hole only when the opening/closing unit is opened wherein the check valve unit rotates with the opening/closing unit. If the opening and closing unit is rotated to open while a fluid is inputted to one end of the main body, the check valve unit is opened by pressure of the fluid to enable the fluid to flow into an other end of the main body. If a reverse pressure occurs on the end of the main body, backflow is prevented by closing the check value unit. As such, an oil path can be on/off and simultaneously perform a check function to prevent backflow of the fluid, and the entire size of the butterfly valve can be minimized by minimizing a length of a valve.</p>
