摘要:<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for saccharification pretreatment, capable of obtaining a saccharification pretreated substance from lignocellulose biomass as a substrate without heating, and capable of reducing the cost. <P>SOLUTION: The method for saccharification pretreament includes a step of obtaining the saccharification pretreated substance by treating a substrate mixture of lignocellulose biomass as the substrate and ammonia water and dissociating lignin or swelling the substrate, and a step of separating ammonium from the saccharification pretreated substance. The step of obtaining the saccharification pretreated substance includes: a step of continuously feeding the substrate and ammonia water to a treatment tank; a step of obtaining the substrate mixture by stirring the substrate and ammonia water fed to the treatment tank to apply the shearing force and impact force to the substrate and mixing the ammonia water and the substrate; a step of continuously discharging the substrate mixture from the treatment tank; and a step of storing the discharged substrate mixture in a storage tank for a prescribed period of time and dissociating lignin included in the substrate or swelling the substrate in a non-heated state while the substrate mixture is stored in the storage tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
