摘要：FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, urology. A device for enlarging an urinary bladder is configured as a tissue expander with two retention elements in the form of Velcro ended strips, one of which has a long working hole. The expander is mounted on an urinary bladder platform, fixed from the outside at the level of body surface. Pressurised fluid is gradually injected into the tissue expander to enlarge the urinary bladder to the desired size. During the first procedure, the fluid is injected in an amount from 15 to 30 ml. The expander is kept in place for a period of 3 to 5 hours. The fluid and expander are removed. The procedure is repeated on the following day. The fluid volume injected exceeds that of the first procedure by 1 ml. The procedures are repeated until the injected fluid amount reaches from 50 to 70 ml.EFFECT: method for stretching the inverted urinary bladder platform provides increasing the urinary bladder capacity within the primary surgical repair by using the device configured as a tissue expander, preventing surgical complications of the primary surgical repair of the inverted urinary bladder.2 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex
