摘要：<p>The present invention relates to an asbestos management evaluation system, a method thereof, and a recording medium recording a program for executing the same. Unlike the conventional method for manually writing an evaluation result report after visiting the site, the system allocates the location or evaluation targets such as the texture and panel containing asbestos in the ceiling drawing of an evaluation target building, is linked to a camera device to obtain the actual image of the allocated location of the evaluation targets, and determines the degree of the damage in the corresponding location based on the obtained image to wire the evaluation report automatically. According to the present invention, the system includes: a location allocation unit which allocates the location of the evaluation targets containing asbestos in the ceiling drawing of the evaluation target building according to an evaluation target location allocating signal from a user and inputs the basic information regarding to allocated location of the evaluation targets; a damage degree determination unit which is linked to the camera device to obtain the actual image of the allocated location of the evaluation targets upon receiving the evaluation target location allocating signal from the user and determines the degree of the damage in the corresponding location based on the obtained image; and an evaluation result writing unit which generates the evaluation result table for the location of the evaluation target and writes the evaluation result regarding the corresponding location of the evaluation targets.</p>
