摘要:本实用新型涉及一种带过滤机构的辣椒切割机,属于辣椒切割机技术领域,包括工作台,在工作台上设置有切割槽,在切割槽正上方设置有刀板,刀板底部安装有刀片组,刀板左端铰接有刀板安装座,刀板安装座通过支架固定在工作台上,在切割槽右侧设置有出料口,在出料口的出料端正下方设置有过滤漏斗,过滤漏斗内水平设置有过滤板,过滤漏斗左上角铰接在工作台上,在过滤漏斗下半部分与工作台之间水平安装有弹簧,在刀板上方倾斜设置有液压缸,液压缸采用左高右低的倾斜方式,液压缸的缸体铰接在支架上,液压缸的活塞杆铰接在刀板上的右半部分。本实用新型非常适合家庭自己制作辣椒酱时的辣椒切割工作,省时省力。

主权项:一种带过滤机构的辣椒切割机,包括工作台(5),在工作台(5)上设置有切割槽(3),其特征在于:在切割槽(3)正上方水平设置有刀板(13),刀板(13)底部安装有与切割槽(3)内底面进行切割配合的刀片组,刀片组由若干个平行排列的刀片(4)组成,刀板(13)左端铰接有刀板安装座(1),刀板安装座(1)通过支架(2)固定在工作台(5)上,在切割槽(3)右侧设置有出料口(9),在出料口(9)的出料端正下方设置有过滤漏斗(7),过滤漏斗(7)内水平设置有过滤板(8),过滤漏斗(7)左上角铰接在工作台(5)上,在过滤漏斗(7)下半部分与工作台(5)之间水平安装有弹簧(6),弹簧(6)一端顶在工作台(5)上,另一端顶在过滤漏斗(7)上,在刀板(13)上方倾斜设置有液压缸(14),液压缸(14)采用左高右低的倾斜方式,液压缸(14)的缸体铰接在支架(2)上,液压缸(14)的活塞杆铰接在刀板(13)上的右半部分。
