摘要:本发明涉及一种LNG卫星站用蒸发气增压卸车装置,解决了现有自增压卸车装置LNG气化损失大、卸车时间长的问题。技术方案包括LNG槽车装载LNG通过经管道连接的LNG卸车臂送至LNG储罐内储存;LNG储罐内BOG经管道连接的BOG空温复热器、BOG缓冲罐、BOG压缩机组、天然气储罐送至天然气管网,所述LNG储罐的BOG出口经所述BOG换热器的管侧或壳侧与BOG空温复热器连接;卸车期间,所述天然气储罐的出口抽出一股增压的BOG经BOG换热器的壳侧或管侧、BOG储罐与NG气相臂连接实现增压卸车。本发明结构简单、安全可靠、可利用原来设备进行简单改造、LNG损失小、可满足连续、大规模LNG卸车要求。

主权项:一种LNG卫星站用蒸发气增压卸车装置,包括LNG储罐,所述LNG储罐的进液口经管道与LNG卸车臂连接,LNG储罐的蒸发气出口经管道与BOG空温复热器、BOG缓冲罐、BOG压缩机组和天然气储罐依次连接,其特征在于,所述LNG储罐的蒸发气出口经BOG换热器的管侧或壳侧与BOG空温复热器连接;所述天然气储罐的BOG出口经BOG换热器的壳侧或管侧、BOG储罐与NG气相臂连接。
