摘要：<p>Provided are a modeling system, a method for modeling a semiconductor device, and a computer-readable recording medium including a program for performing the method for modeling the semiconductor device. The modeling system includes a processor and a capacitor model generating unit which generates a capacitor model by using the processor. The capacitor model generating unit includes an extraction module which extracts a parasitic capacitor and a generation module which generates the capacitor model by performing a first operation of classifying the parasitic capacitor into a coupling capacitor group and a ground capacitor group, a second operation of classifying the coupling capacitor into first and second coupling capacitors according to an influence degree to influence circuit performance, a third operation of setting the first coupling capacitor to a maintenance state, and a fourth operation of converting the second coupling capacitor which is deficient in a predetermined reference into the ground capacitor. The influence degree to influence the circuit performance is determined by an effective capacitance error generated when the coupling capacitor of the coupling capacitor group is converted into the ground capacitor.</p>
