摘要:本发明公开了一种带复合剪力键的铰缝构造,包括多片预制板,所述预制板之间形成铰缝,所述铰缝上横向分布有可传递水平剪力和竖向剪力的与预制板和铰缝连接成一体的连接键;所述连接键为跨铰缝固定于铰缝两侧预制板表面的带栓钉剪力键的加劲钢板,所述加劲钢板对应铰缝开设有可传递水平剪力的通孔;带孔加劲钢板本身就是剪力键,传递水平剪力(带孔)和竖向剪力(加劲钢板),提高传力性能,进而提高结构刚度和整体性能,而栓钉剪力键是起到传递水平剪力和增加连接性能,保证桥面铺装、铰缝和预制板协调变形,提高铰缝构造传递荷载的能力,并延长其使用寿命,降低维护成本,施工简便,可应用于预制板桥新建或维修加固,有效解决预制板桥抗剪能力不足,提高结构的整体性和传力的有效性。
