Then the unit building includes an eaves beam 31 which has one end joined to a column 11A in an external corner adjoining the internal corner space to form one side as an outer edge of the internal corner space, a column 32 which is joined to the other end of the eaves beam, and an eaves panel 4 which has both edges supported by the eaves beam and a ceiling beam 12B opposed thereto and covers the internal corner space.</p>
