摘要:一种焊接翻转平台,由前后两组焊接滑道组成,每组焊接滑道由两条滚轮滑道、1组翻转胎具和一架固定支座组成,翻转胎具位于呈直线的两条滚轮滑道中间,并置于固定支座的凹槽内;滚轮滑道包括基础工字钢、支撑立柱、横梁和滚轮;翻转胎具包括“C”型钢、“U”型滚轮滑道;固定支座呈凹型,包括支撑架、支撑轮和锁紧销子。本发明解决了大型片状钢构件不易翻转的问题,提高了焊接工作人员的舒适度、加快了焊接速度,避免了机械翻转所产生的费用。

主权项:一种焊接翻转平台,其特征在于:该平台由前后两组焊接滑道组成,每组焊接滑道由两条滚轮滑道、1组翻转胎具和一架固定支座组成,所述翻转胎具位于呈直线的两条滚轮滑道中间,并置于固定支座的凹槽内;所述滚轮滑道包括基础工字钢、支撑立柱、横梁和滚轮,所述支撑立柱垂直焊接在基础工字钢上,所述横梁设有凹槽,所述横梁凹槽朝上焊接于支撑立柱顶端,并与基础工字钢平行,所述滚轮成排横担焊接在横梁凹槽上;所述翻转胎具包括“C”型钢、“U”型滚轮滑道,所述“C”型钢设有缺口,所述“U”型滚轮滑道通过缺口焊接在“C”型钢内,并与“C”型钢之间焊接有支撑钢,所述支撑钢上设有把手,所述“U”型滚轮滑道水平时其滚轮与两侧滚轮滑道的滚轮呈一直线;所述固定支座呈凹型,包括支撑架、支撑轮和锁紧销子,所述支撑轮为4个并焊接在支撑架上。
