摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately specify a floor with a small calculation load.SOLUTION: A position specification server includes: storage means for storing the coefficient of a parameter in a determination function indicating whether or not terminal equipment exists on each floor and the maximum value of the radio wave intensity of each base station on each floor measured in advance; communication means for receiving the measurement value of the radio wave intensity of a radio wave received from the base station by the terminal equipment; and determination means for calculating the parameter of the determination function for each floor on the basis of the measurement value of the radio wave intensity received by the communication means and the maximum value of the radio wave intensity stored in the storage means, and for calculating the solution of the determination function for each floor on the basis of the calculated parameter and the coefficient of the parameter stored in the storage means, and for, when there exists the floor on which the solution of the determination function is equal to or more than a predetermined value, determining that the floor on which the solution of the determination function becomes the maximum as the floor on which the terminal equipment exists.
