摘要:<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an accurate and simple in-line type concentration measurement probe in which an optical path length is shortened, in which measurement part liquid flow hindrance is minimized, and in which leakage of light does not occur.SOLUTION: In probes 5, 5' guiding light transmitted through a reaction liquid to a light receiving element through an optical fiber 1, a core diameter of the fiber 1 guiding the transmitted light to the light receiving element is larger than a core diameter of the fiber 1 guiding light emitted from a light source 10, the fiber 1 tip is projected and fixed such that core faces in which an end part on a side opposite to the light source of the fiber 1 guiding the light emitted from the light source and an end part on a side opposite to the light receiving element guiding the transmitted light to the light receiving element are exposed, face to each other, and a distance 6 between the facing exposed core faces is set to be a value obtained by dividing an optical path length when measuring a reaction liquid concentration in off-line by a dilution rate in off-line measurement, or less.</p>
